As I was removing my dash to day I notcied a plug didnt look right, its beacuse it was melted and had I driven it longer then I did I would have a fried van, so PLEASE CHECK THE PLUG AND REPLACE IT , it is the plug for the headlight switch, you have to take the whole dash of but its better then losing your van to a fire
