It's been a while since I was here because I have been very busy lately trying to get stuff done in preparation for my Son's visit from Atlanta. He is going to spend a week with me taking apart several donor vehicles and stripping down the two '53 trucks I have. I also just finished doing my tax reports for our five little retirement businesses. With eleven vehicles here now, the wife is about to have me shot. Five of them have licenses on them and six are either donors or projects. On top of that I have to ge the Scoobygator done and up for sale. Between all that I am one busy guy. Oh, I almost forgot. Preps are in the infancy for the serious mods to the 6.0L diesel which will go under the wrench in December. I have to start getting the stuff early because there is going to be about 5K$ worth of parts going into her.
Of course there will be preliminary work done on the retroFstar 5397, (half '53 F-100 and half '97 4X4 Aerostar). We will be taking the old '97 apart in two weeks. One of the projects will be a complet rebuild and beef-up of the 5-Speed auto tranny. It can be a beast if done right.

How Well I understand about "Busy". . . . I had a rough couple of weeks here myself lately. But ya know, busy is better than bored. People get bored and that drives me up a cactus. . . . well not really.
