| Heater Hose & Line connections. |
One of FoMoCo's better Ideas is NOT the way they chose to connect their heater hose system to it's various components. The use of high pressure connectors that require a special tool for removal is pure and absolute stupidity.
It would not be so ridiculous if Ford only used that configuration on metal lines with metal parts, but why in the world would any thinking human individual ever use such a connector on a hard plastic that degenerat ... |
| 1990 thru 1997 Aerostar parts for sale |
I have Aerostar parts for 90-97. I have sheet metal & fiberglass body parts, and power & drive train parts.
I also have parts to do headlamp retrofits, where the new fangled high dollar headlamps in 1990 & up get replaced by good old fashioned sealed beam set ups that only cost $8.00 +/- to replace instead of $200 for the housing/lens and $20 for the bulb assy next time you need a headlamp replaced,or want to see distance ahead in the dark of night.

I say so because I have been runnin ... |

| Injector Leakdown |
Has anybody else experienced shut down, layover, or overnite parking injector bleed down caused by ethanol in non flex fuel rated EFI systems, or am I the only one who figured this out yet?
I have come to the conclusion my otherwise crisp 4.0L has developed this syndrome with the mandatated 10% addition of ethanol to petroleum based fuels here in the high temp X high humidity BiKiNi state.
